The trip itself was fine, but we barely saw any marine life, which was disappointing. For what we paid, I expected a lot more than just sitting around hoping to spot something. The price felt a little ridiculous considering how little we actually saw.

They were really good about getting back to me before the trip and the replies were helpful. i think the only issue was just bad timing on my end, but the communication itself was solid.

I feel kind of embarrassed admitting how much time I wasted on fair-wind.com. I kept thinking I was just missing something obvious, but the whole experience ended up being way more frustrating than I expected.
Maybe it works fine for other people, but it really didn’t click for me. By the end, I just felt annoyed and a little silly for sticking with it as long as I did, so I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they make some real improvements.

Yeah, this order wasn’t great. The shipping took forever, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really help much. Kind of frustrating overall.

Booked Fair Wind thinking it’d be at least decently comfortable, but the onboard setup felt rough. Old seats, not-great bathroom, and hardly any space to just sit back and relax.

I had to cancel my booking i was a little worried about how it would go. Fair Wind got back to me fairly quickly and clearly explained the next steps, which I appreciated. The refund wasn’t instant and took a few days, but everything worked out in the end. Overall, it was a good service experience

The whole thing had a really nice pace to it. We had easy days with plenty of time to relax, and I never felt like we were being rushed from one thing to the next...

The seats were comfortable enough, so that part was fine, but the cabin did feel a bit cramped. I think other customers might feel the same if they’re expecting a little more room to move around

I had a good experience with fair-wind.com. The food and drinks were tasty and fresh enough, and ordering was simple, which I always appreciate because who has time for a complicated checkout? The snacks were nice, the drinks arrived cold, and everything was packed properly. Nothing over-the-top or fancy, but no complaints here. I’d order from them again...

I went with Fair Wind and, i quickly assumed things were going to be chaotic because the crowd setup was not great. There were too many people just standing around, and I couldn’t tell if there was supposed to be a line or where we were meant to go.

People started pushing in, others looked confused, and it didn’t really feel like anyone from the staff was taking charge. We asked what seemed like a simple question and somehow got different answers, which didn’t exactly help.

By the time things got moving, I was already stressed out. Maybe the actual trip is fine once you’re on it, but based on how they handled the crowd beforehand, they definitely need a better system.

I used fair-wind.com for a sailing trip the places we visited were sooo pretty. Calm bays, super clear water, and these cute little towns that looked amazing in the evening made the whole trip feel really relaxing.

I’m giving it 4 stars just because some of the info before booking could’ve been a bit clearer. But overall, it was a really nice experience and I’d definitely use it again

I book it without much trouble and the pages was loading fine for me. Got the confirmation quick too. I only wish the payment steps is a bit clearer, but overall it went okay.
